Throughout his 14 years in the health and fitness industry, he has worn many hats such as Personal Trainer, Corporate Wellness Coordinator, Multi-Studio Manager, and Health & Wellness Director. Justin is originally from Rochester, NY where he started personal training in 2009, earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2011, and opened his own private fitness studio in 2013.
